14 days from purchase. Full refund. No questions asked.
2.0 / How to request a refund
Email contact@fdemastery.com from the email address tied to the purchase. Tell us:
- the email on the account
- approximate purchase date
- anything you’d want us to know — optional, no explanation required
We’ll process the refund through Stripe within five business days. Stripe takes another 5-10 business days to land the funds back on your card depending on your bank.
3.0 / After the 14-day window
We don’t process refunds after 14 days. Two reasons. First, the course is content; by 14 days you’ve had time to evaluate whether it’s what you signed up for. Second, a clear cutoff is fairer than case-by-case discretion that advantages whoever’s loudest.
The one exception: if something material on the site changes in a way that breaks what you bought (we remove modules, change the tier you purchased, or shut the course down), we’ll process pro-rated refunds at our discretion, even past the 14-day window. That’s on us to handle without making you ask.
4.0 / Account termination
If we terminate an account for cause — abuse of the access, redistribution of course content, attempts to circumvent the paywall — we don’t refund. See the prohibited-conduct section of /legal/terms.
5.0 / Pre-launch / early access
While the course is in early access via direct grant (not paid), the refund policy doesn’t apply because no money changed hands. Public pricing is not yet set.
