1.0 / What this course is
FDE Mastery is a self-paced online course for engineers and finance professionals working toward Forward Deployed Engineer roles at companies like Palantir, Anthropic, and OpenAI. It is a content product: 27 modules, one capstone project, a 33-question interview-prep bank, hosted at fdemastery.com. It is not a coaching service, not a job-placement program, and not a credential issued by any third party.
2.0 / What you get
When you have an account and active access, you can read every module, work the projects, submit a capstone, and respond to interview-prep questions. Your progress, submissions, and responses persist to your account and are private to you.
We may update content. We may add modules, fix errata, or revise project rubrics. We won’t remove material you’ve already worked through without surfacing the change.
3.0 / Payment and refunds
Public pricing for FDE Mastery is not yet set; the course is in early access via direct grant. Once pricing launches, payment is one-time, processed by Stripe, and grants access to the current version of the course on the tier purchased.
Refund window: 14 days from purchase, full refund, no questions asked. Email contact@fdemastery.com with the email address tied to the purchase and we’ll process the refund within five business days. See /legal/refund for the full policy.
4.0 / What’s prohibited
Don’t share your account or course content with people who haven’t paid. Don’t scrape, mirror, or republish modules, project briefs, or interview questions. Don’t attempt to circumvent the paywall, the access control, or the authentication system.
We’ll terminate accounts that do any of the above. We won’t refund a terminated account.
5.0 / IP ownership
Course content — module text, project briefs, rubrics, interview questions, framework writeups, the visual identity, the wordmark — is owned by Grant Stell. You get a personal, non-transferable license to access and study the content for your own development. You don’t get a license to redistribute, resell, train models on, or build derivative products from it.
Your submissions (capstone write-ups, interview responses, files you upload) are yours. We store them so you can access them; we don’t use them to train models or sell them.
6.0 / Disclaimers
FDE Mastery teaches the engineering and framework competence FDE roles require. It doesn’t guarantee you a job, an interview, or a specific compensation outcome. The job market is what it is; the course gives you what you do with it. The specific salary ranges and job postings cited on the site are accurate as of the date noted on each page; they will drift.
7.0 / Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to FDE Mastery is capped at what you paid for access. We’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This isn’t a finance product; nothing here is investment, legal, or career advice for your specific situation.
8.0 / Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
9.0 / Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we’ll surface it in the site or by email. Continued use after a material change means you accept the new terms.
10.0 / Contact
